We're going to start with the question of the day, because, you know, here at Carol Remarks Podcast oh my God, what was that? I don't know if Can y'all hear that A flying geese right on top of me. I don't know if you could hear that or not. It freaked me out a little bit. All right, I like to mix things up a little bit here.

Question of the day With Elon Musk and his technology, do you think that we are pretty much at the height of our advancement in civilization? Or do you think eventually we will have flying cars and you know everything you see in the movies in the future? Or do you think we're pretty much where we are and Elon says we're going to be living on Mars? Like, have millions of people living on Mars in 10 years? I find that hard to believe, but that's just me. Anyway, that's the question of the day. All right, I have a couple of topics here that are not well. One of them is kind of political.

We're going to start with the cruise ship, though. First this cruise ship. Passengers on Canard's Queen Anne receive ominous warning as luxury ship crosses pirate-prone waters on this 111-night maiden cruise. All right, first time out, maiden cruise, that's what that means. For 111 nights, not 11 nights. Our honeymoon cruise was 11 nights, but this is 111 nights. That's crazy. The tickets are $25,000, I think We'll get to that.

Now, all right, let's see the unexpected announcement alerted travelers aboard the Queen Anne that heightened security measures would be implemented as the 1,060-foot-long vessel crossed the Sulu and Celebes Seas Celebes, I hope I'm pronouncing that right A passageway with a long history of piracy and maritime crime. I wanted to get to the price how much these tickets cost. It was ridiculous how much these tickets cost. It was ridiculous trying to find oh, here we go, I'm sorry, not $25,000 fares for the canard first ever world's voyage started at $16,000, so I was $10,000 off. I'm sure it said starting at, so I'm sure it does go up from there. Passengers were ordered via a loudspeaker to turn off all cabin lights, shut their curtains and stateroom doors and avoid open decks or external windows as the ship traversed the western pacific ocean to the philippines.

According to the march 30 13th video, which has amassed nearly 9 million views oh, my word, I would like to know how long it took to cross those waters, how long they had to do that. That is terrifying. I don't know. And you're paying thousands of dollars for this. No, thank you. All right, next up. All right, here we go.

We have a little conundrum here with a Trump supporter and his wife. Wisconsin Trump voter stands by his support of president after ICE detains his Peruvian wife on return trip from honeymoon. Here we go A Wisconsin voter who backed President Trump in November is still sticking by the Republican, even after his Peruvian wife was detained by US Immigration. Blah, blah, blah. We know that Bradley Bartell is now worried about the well-being of his wife, sylvia Camila Munez Lira, locked inside a detention center and is seeking donations after she was nabbed by ICE agents on February 15th at Luis Munez Marin International Airport in San Juan. The pair were traveling home to Wisconsin Dells from their belated honeymoon in Puerto Rico when she was taken into custody. All right, you ready.

Munoz Lira, his wife, who overstayed her J-1 visa, is now locked up at a Richwood Correctional Center in Louisiana. So she overstayed her visa. So she overstayed her visa, so she broke the law. Yeah, it was kind of like a slap in the face. Bartell 40 told the Post, explaining that a week went by before he heard from his wife and learned where she was being held. I guess that would be kind of shocking. Bartell said that they now speak every day on the phone for 15 minutes and keep in touch through a messaging system. Man, how awful. But you know, when you don't do things the right way and we have a strong administration like that, this is what's going to happen. I didn't finish reading the story. You can go finish reading it. A couple other things I'd like to talk about. Please go read my blog at carolremarkscom. I've revamped it. I think it looks a lot better. I'm kind of proud of my writing over there. I think I'm a much better writer than I am a speaker or podcaster, because I've said this before, I can take my time and formulate the words instead of just blah, speaking off the hip or whatever. So, yeah, please promote it. What I would really like is some comments, some interaction on my blog over there, please. But then again, I think I'm thinking this morning do people even take the time to read anymore? I know these podcasts have taken over and we listen, listen, listen. Do people read anymore? Some of these celebrities trashed Trump like crazy over these years, calling him mass murderer and dictator. Now they need his help because I guess these copyrights are being rolled back on some of their content and now AI is a possibility to take over, and I'm going to have to side with celebrities on this. You'll have to go read it, or you don't have to, but I would like for you to go read it and tell me what your thoughts are. Okay, and then I also write for the Victor Girls blog too, of course. Yeah, all right, that's it. That's really all I've got.

We're going to watch a movie tonight. We're going to go out to dinner. Here's another question of the day how about that? I am thinking of watching, because we've been watching these older movies like late 80s, early 90s. We've really been enjoying going to the throwback movies, and I I don't know. Bruce Willis is on my mind, so I'm thinking I might want to watch a Bruce Willis. What is your favorite? Bruce Willis movie? All right, or Demi Moore? I'm thinking about watching a movie with Demi Moore in it too. Those two have been on my mind, so I think I'm going to probably Bruce, probably Bruce Willis movie. All right, got to go.
